Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they enter your house. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers shape their first thoughts about your home and how you keep up your home's regular maintenance.
Knowing this assists us in deciding what steps we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and colorful greenery it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers picture themselves lounging in your living space, relaxing in your master bedroom or inviting family and friends over for a dinner in your eat-in kitchen? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of easy living. I'll help you achieve this by recommending changes that enhance the features of your property.
I'll advise you eliminate items that give the appearance of clutter. Tabletops should be neatly arranged. Arts and crafts, souvenirs, family photos, and play time works of art should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Disheveled or dirty areas make your home look less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I know exactly where a room's best characteristics are and how to show them off. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that need brightening, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively influence the sale.
We'll ensure your home has mass appeal and that it's friendly, steering clear of "loud" or "can't-work-with" shades on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can consider renting furnishings. The goal is for your place to look homey as opposed to cold and empty.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll draw back curtains, and add lighting where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and assure a delightful aroma circulates room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking bedspreads, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your home is their future home. |
